1.1 Overview
This training device includes Siemens 1200 PLC, AS-I communication
module, touch screen, router and switch and other modules. Through
related experiments, you can be familiar with the basic use and
programming methods of 1200 PLC and the use of programming
software. Study the basic principles of communication and
understand Communication between AS-I module, PLC and screen, study
the functions of PLC and display analysis signals of different
protocols, and deal with the communication examples of industrial
machines. Cultivate students' corresponding knowledge and skills,
suitable for teaching and skills training and assessment of related
majors in vocational, vocational, secondary, and technical schools.
1.2 Features
(1) The training platform adopts an aluminum column frame
structure. The bottom of the training platform is equipped with
universal wheels, which can be flexibly moved. Various modules are
placed on the panel, which is easy to use and not easily damaged.
(2) The communication module is complete and can be used in
combination in various ways.
(3) The overall structure is open and removable, which can easily
replace modules. The module content is determined according to the
principles of productive functions and integrated learning
functions, so that the required modules can be conveniently
selected during teaching or competition.
(4) The training and assessment device is a low-voltage component,
which is safe to use.

3 Product composition
3.1 Training table
The training table is supported by aluminum profile columns, and
the universal wheels at the bottom are equipped with brakes, which
can be flexibly moved and positioned. The table top adopts a 25mm
thick high-density substrate, and the surface is treated with
high-temperature and high-pressure fire-resistant board. It is
equipped with one three-section drawer type drawer and one bottom
cabinet. The structure is firm and beautiful.
