SED-200J-S Automatic Capsule Filling Machine is commonly used in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical industries to fill empty hard gelatin capsule of various sizes with powders and pellets (optional). The capsule filler automatically orientates, opens the empty hard gelatin capsule, properly fills the capsule with powder, and automatically closes the capsules.

1.The design of underslung cam and pressure atomizing oil pump reduces wear and prolong the service life of parts.
2.It adopts touch screen control display and stepless frequency conversion speed regulation to achieve convenient operation.
3.The parts in contact with the medicine are all made of stainless steel fittings, the workbench is fully enclosed with plexiglass and a dust collecting device.
4.Based on the lower plane of the dosage plate, three-dimensional adjustment and uniform gap, the filling accuracy can be effectively ensured, and it is very convenient for cleaning.
5.The control switch is set outside the body, which is safer and more convenient.
