Silicon nitride ceramics have excellent comprehensive performance:
1. Very strong corrosion resistance, in addition to concentrated
HF, it can be used in other strong acids and alkalis.
2. High temperature resistance, when it can withstand 1200℃ in an
oxidizing atmosphere, it can withstand a maximum of 1500℃ in a
reducing atmosphere.
3. Non-magnetic, electrical insulation, low thermal conductivity,
can be used for insulating materials.

Applications
This product has been widely used in polysilicon reduction
furnaces, military manufacturing, aviation, and power.
Product Picture
- High temperature resistance. At 1200 ℃, the strength and hardness
are almost unchanged. It can be used in a high temperature
environment. It will not melt under high temperature and will not
decompose until 1900 ℃.
- Non-magnetic, electrical insulation, low thermal conductivity, can
be used for insulating materials
- Low density (3.26G/CM3), light weight, higher strength and hardness
than general ceramic materials, can be used as wear-resistant
