Product Overview
The silicon nitride nozzles are made of high purity and ultrafine
silicon nitride through high temperature sintering. Our company
adopts the international advanced near net size molding process.
The silicon nitride nozzles are superior in quality and low in
cost. After polishing the diamond, the welding joint roughness is
controlled within Ra0.05um, which greatly solves the defects of the
traditional nozzle when welding slag. At the same time, because of
the high wear resistance and thermal shock resistance of silicon
nitride, the service life of many domestic and foreign enterprises
is 100 times that of metal nozzles (such as copper), and more than
30 times of the alumina nozzle.

Silicon nitride ceramic uses
