Description of 600BPH 3 / 5 gallon water bottling line / plant for drinking water
5 gallon water bottling line is suitable for 3/5G bottle size. It
adopts PLC automatic control system. It combines washing, filling
and capping three functions into one machine. The whole frame is
stainless steel SUS304. Appearance is beautiful, Easy to operating
and maintaining. And it is high degree of automation.
The whole 5 gallon water bottling line includes Automatic
De-capper, Rotary external washer, L type Washer/Filler/Capper,
Heat Shrinking Machine, Checking Light, Ink jet code printer.

Packing and shipping:
* After complete the production, we will debug the production line,
take photos, videos and send them to customers via mail or instant
tools
* After the commissioning, we will package the equipment by
standard export package for shipment.
* We will contact with the forwarder company, in charge of booking
vessel/airplane/train/ truck, arrange containers, buy
insurance, do all the DOCUMENTS, confirm the local customs
clearance fee, and cooperate with the customer to clear the customs
until the product arrive at the warehouse safely.
After Sales Service
* According to the customer's request, we can arrange our engineers
to customers' factory to do the installation and training.
* Engineers, sales managers and after-sales service manager will
form a after-sales team, online and off line, to follow the
customers' project.
