Introduction
The 4-09 series large-flow centrifugal fan is suitable for
conveying clean air or light materials at normal temperature, most
commonly used in industrial furnaces for air supply, light
particle/powder/crush/fiber transportation, air drying/cooling of
materials, ventilation and smoke exhaust, and other areas.
No viscous substances are allowed inside the gas, and the dust and
hard particles contained in the gas are larger than 150 mg/m3, and
the gas temperature does not exceed 80°C.

3. The variable inlet damper can be used to flexibly adjust the

frequency motor can also be selected to adjust the pressure and
flow of the fan by changing the speed.

6. Ultrasonic flaw detection on the welding seam and main spindle
of the impeller to ensure that there are no welding defects or
material defects and ensure the strength.
7. Bearing cooling method: according to gas temperature and
operating environment conditions choose low-cost water-cooling
method or oil-cooling method with good heat dissipation
performance.
For extremely high temperature operating conditions, can also be
installed with an electronic cooler, absolute protection of the
reliable operation of the fan system.
8. Large parts and components are disassembled and transported, so
that most parts can be loaded into containers for transportation,
saving you shipping costs.
9. Each component has an installation number. Under the guidance of
the installation manual, the system assembly can be completed
smoothly.

1. What parameters need to be provided when you design the
industrial centrifugal fans?
Answers: Air flow, total pressure or static pressure, inlet
temperature, local voltage and frequency, Altitude etc.
If there is flammable and explosive gas, or big dust loading in the
medium, please also inform the designer.
