Description of industrial muffle furnace:
1200C industrial muffle furnace is adopted high quality resistance
wire as heating element with dual shell structure and intelligent
auto-control temperature system, SCR control, phase shifting
trigger. The industrial furnace chamber is adopted the 1400 type
imported polycrystalline alumina fiber. Equipped with intelligent
cooling system between the dual shell, when the surface temperature
reach to 50℃, the cooling fun will be start working automatically,
so it can ensure the surface temperature is low; Using constant
current soft-start control, to extend the life of heating elements.

Heat treatment indutrial muffle furnace features:

* Dual ceramic inner chamber and hollow heat insulation ensure that
the temperature can go up quickly. Industrial muffle furnace
heating rate is about 20℃/min.
* Automatic parallel pressure door technology ensures the inner
chamber temperature evenness and without leakage under the high

* PID micro digital screen controller,with functions of
timing(0~9999min), fixing temperature, over-temperature alarming
and auto-stop.
*Indutrial muffle furnace safety protection measures: thermocouple
failure, cut off power automatically when open the door and over
temperature protection to avoid accidents occurring.
* Double-shell hollow thermal insulation and double ventilation
duct with advantages of excellent ventilation,the shell not hot and
