Principle of Working
SZG series double taper vacuum dryer for powder or granules drying
with solvent recovery has double cone rotating tank. Under the
state of vacuum inside the tank, pass steam or hot water into its
jacket for heating. The hot amount can contact with the damp raw
material through its inner wall. The vaporized steam when the damp
raw material absorbed heat can be pumped out through vacuum exhaust
pipe. Because its inner of tank is in the state of vacuum and the
raw material is turned over all the time caused by the rotating of
tank, the dry speed of raw material is quickened and dry efficiency
is raised too and the purpose of uniform dry can be raised.

Application
SZG series double taper vacuum dryer for powder or granules drying

in medicine, chemical and food industries:
1. Matters with the residual volatile material which should be
destroyed.
2. Matters with the discharged steam in drying which should be
retrieved.
3. Strong irritant and poisonous matters.

Instructions to ordering
1. Its heating has three ways I.e. steam, hot water, heat
conduction oil;
2. When order, please indicate the temperature of raw material to
be undertaken or the operation temperature of drier in order to
choose or provide suitable heat source for you.
3. When dry viscous raw material, our factory will design special
stirring device in the chamber.
4. The auxiliary parts of vacuum drying system can be supplied and
installed by our factory. Please indicate them when order;
5. If having special requirements, our factory can also design,
manufacture and install as request;
6. The cost of complete equipment should be increased in accordance
with the needs.
