YSE25 counter rotation twin screw extruder is designed for use in laboratory reactive extrusion and compounding. It's highly flexible and highly energy-saving.

It's equipped with three vacuum vents and can be usedd for This machine is mainly used for high strength fiber material exhaust extrusion.And all the electrical parts is explosion-proof.It enables seamless adjustment of processing machines for laboratory and small-scale production to all processing operations suitable for most polymers.

The biggest extruder can output up to 12T/h per set.

And we use heat rod instead of cast copper heater, which can save 15%-20% energy.
