LPJ serial full-automatic bottle unscrambler is the support

2) Work Principle:
Our machine according to the principle of orthocenter and
eccentricity.
The bottle from bottle hopper to the host machine by the elevator.

Down. Then output. This is a work way of the machine. As the bottle
vertically down, so the work unit position small, and take up the
small location. the machine has many work units . all the work
units output bottles at the same time. So the machine speed is very
quickly.
In the market, the bottle unscrambler work theory is that the
bottle horizontally enters the machine internally. When the
bottleneck is not the same the direction, then use the hook lay the
other place, and restart the bottle unscrambling.
As the horizontally way, so one work unit takes up the bigger
location, the whole machine has the lesser the work unit. only one
work unit output bottles. So the speed is lower. If the speed up to
the A number. the machine work unit needs too many . and the whole
machine size and weight are very big. So the cost is very high,
generally, the water and beverage factory cannot accept.
