The High Pressure CHAMP Packer is a kind of retrievable packer used in oil well or gas well testing operation. The CHAMP Packer is improved from RTTS Packer which is a full opening packer. The CHAMP IV Packer has a concentric bypass and the working pressure of the CHAMP packer can be up to 15000 psi. The CHAMP IV Packer has the capability of circulating below the packer and other parts have the same function as RTTS Packer. The CHAMP packer is able to apply for drill stem testing operation and tubing conveyed perforating operation.

Each assembled tool includes the following components:
• J-slot mechanism
• mechanical slips
• packer elements
• hydraulic slips
• bypass

Features and Benefits of the CHAMP Packer

* The CHAMP packer is a hookwall-type retrievable packer with concentric bypasses
* CHAMP PACKER is applied in highly deviated wells in HPHT working condition.

* It is easy to relocate the CHAMP packer in multiple zones during a single trip for treating, testing or squeezing.

* The concentric bypass valve on the CHAMP Packer allows a larger bypass flow area.
