We are supplying the integrated storage tank series which are
widely used for automobile condensers/evaporators.
Our aluminum liquid storage tank has the following features:
1) Extrusion molding only one time, ensure no leakage at the bottom of the tube
Once extrusion molding, the tube bottom is a blind hole,
eliminating the user tube bottom welding process and the trouble of
repeated brazing due to the bottom cover leakage, the process
ensures that there is no leakage at the bottom.Convenient
installation of pressure reducing valve for new energy vehicles.
2) Less Weight
According to the characteristics of seamless pressure resistance of
cold extrusion products, the wall thickness of the liquid storage
tank is designed to be 2MM, and the appearance is free of cutting.
The weight of the liquid storage tank is two-thirds of the weight
of the original traditional product.More in line with the national
energy-saving and new energy vehicles lightweight requirements.
3) Less Wall Thickness Tolerance, ensure burst pressure.
Strict cold extrusion process system can control the wall thickness
tolerance of the tank to be less than 0.1mm to ensure the blasting
pressure after the product passes the furnace:>150KG
4) Higher production efficiency and product pass rate
Product weight loss and the bottom of the blind hole structure,
greatly reduces the product demand amount of heat in the process of
brazing, avoid brazing process products due to pitting local high
temperature or temperature is too low to produce the phenomenon of
false welding, by lowering the temperature or increase the chain
speed or increase the product put density method, improve the
production efficiency and the qualified rate of the product, save
energy and reduce the production cost.
