Main Features
1. Cotton core is transferred and compressed by a transferring
wheel by air cylinder.
2. Servo motor driving system
1) Adopt servo motor driver, size changing can be controlled on the
touch screen.
2) U-joints and multistage synchronous wheel are joint with servo
motor of main shaft, and they are drive synchronously.
3) Cotton core glossy embossing, rhombus net embossing and cutting,
ADL cutting, waistband cutting, frontal tape cutting, side tapes
cutting, S shape cutting, S shape end cutting, arc cutting
,tri-roller embossing and outer cutting are drive by U-joints
connected with servo motor.
4) Timing belt is widen where the stress is bigger, in order to
minimize the gap bridge.
5) Back transport door use Q235 steel, and with exhaust window and
detection window.
6) Machine can be controlled remotely, timely monitoring machine
working programs and can remote maintenance and solve program
problems.

Product Specification
1. Machine can produce both Fluff and ultra-thin type baby diapers
in 4 sizes (S, M,L,XL ) .
2. Diaper features with elastic waistband materials , S cutting
tape, leak guard proof , wet indicator, ADL .
3. Raw material used : Hydrophobic N.W., Hydrophilic N.W. , ADL
,upper and lower tissue paper, back sheet, leg elastics, standing
cuff elastics, frontal tape, S cutting Velcro tapes.
Driving System
1. Material shelf is driven by servo motor , double air expansion
axles , constant tension control, and auto material splicing.
2. Main machine conveying, SAP dosing, pulp feeding and elastic
stretching adopts servo motor control.
3. Back transmission is driven by servo motor.
4. Cutters are driven by servo motor.
