Our BS high speed hammer mill is suitable for pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other

teeth plate and the fixed tooth to cross examine the high speed

the host grinding chamber, the different pellets size can be
obtained by changing different aperture of mesh.
Working method:
It consists of three parts: frame, crushing chamber and feeding
part. There is a movable cutter head on the main shaft, and a fixed
ring gear is installed in the grinding chamber. Under the ring
gear, there is a filter screen. When the spindle is working at high
speed, the movable cutter head runs together. Materials are
impacted, rubbed and cut by fixed gear ring and moving hammer, and
they also collide with each other. Under the comprehensive effect,
they are crushed into powder. If the particle size is smaller than
the mesh size, it will be thrown out of the mesh and then
discharged into the chamber of the crusher, and the large particles
will continue to be crushed.
