Bottle rinsing:

The rinsing part of this machine rotary type bottle rinsing, which is mainly used for rinsing new bottles of beverage, water and other products. After rinsing, bottles are going to be sent to the filling part for filling the product.

PET bottles are put into the equipment by the dividing star wheel and transferred to the bottle mouth side down by the clamp and the turnover mechanism. The purified water is washed and drained, and then automatically flipped to the bottle mouth side up.

The PET bottles are transported to the filling machine by the star wheel. The main structure of the equipment and washing medium contact parts and external protective cover are of high quality stainless steel materials.
