Soda bottling machine description:

This soda bottling equipment adopts bottle neck holding transmission technology to realize fully automatic rinsing,filling and capping.It is equipped with CO₂ accuracy pressure control,so that the liquid level is always stable.The application of alarm devices for bottle jam,bottle storage,bottle damage,cap storage,over loading etc.In several places ensure the quality of its production.The machine obtains advantages of high reliability,high efficiency,high grade of automation and easy operation,etc.

Soda bottling machine composition:

The three-in-one main machine consists of bottle washing machine, filling machine, capping machine, frame, window sealing machine, main motor and drive system, bottle transmission, cover manager and electrical control system.

The turning mechanism of bottle washing machine is mainly composed of water distributor, bottle holder, upload plate, guide rail, protective cover, water spraying device and water receiving plate.

Filling mechanism, mainly by the cylinder, filling valve, guide rail, lifting device, card lifting device.

The capping mechanism is composed of three parts: a capping device, a capping guide rail and a capping machine.

Bottle rinsing:

After the bottle enters the host machine, it enters the bottle punching machine through the transmission star wheel. The bottle clip clips the bottle mouth and turns it 180° upward along the bottle rail, making the bottle mouth downward. In the specific area of the bottle rinsing machine (determined by the water distributor -- the bottle rinsing water is pumped into the water distributor by the bottle rinsing pump, and then distributed to the bottle rinsing clamp by the water distributor through 8 pipelines), sterile water is sprayed from the bottle rinsing nozzle to flush the inner wall of the bottle.

Bottle filling:

Using high precision, high speed quantitative filling valve, liquid level accurate without liquid loss, to ensure good filling quality. Besides, filling system adopts the bottle-feeding method with bottom support to avoid secondary contamination of the bottle mouth. Using the principle of equal pressure filling, filling speed, liquid level control stability.

Capping:

Advanced cap-tightener structure: magnetic force is used in cap-tightener. Torque is adjusted in line with various caps, which is suitable for all kinds of plastic caps. Tooth profile device is used in choosing caps. Checking device is set at the bottom slide. We guarantee no inverse caps, and no bottle no caps.
