The rotary wheel adopts the transmission technology of clamping
bottle body, and each bottle working position is processed
according to the customer's bottle size. The machine adopts vibrating caps arrangement device, which
automatically arranges caps into rows, and the wear of caps can be
neglected. The cap tunnel is equipped with a cap detection device
to control the opening and closing of the lid cap loading system. Besides, the machine movement is automatically controlled by PLC, and the
touch screen is combined with the solid button to realize the
machine control. Abnormal information such as the failure position, bottle blockage,
missing cap, and normal production speed, production volume
technology will be immediately displayed on the touch screen.
