Product description
1. The isolation door is designed with a fully enclosed structure.
After the plug plate is opened, it is located in an airtight
maintenance room on the other side.
2. The plugboard adopts a dedicated whole plate, and the sealing
surface of the plugboard is processed by milling chips, with small
sealing gap and good sealing performance.
3. The connection method between isolation door and field pipe can
be flange bolt connection, insert anti-flange welding or pipe
direct butt welding connection.
4. The pneumatic isolation door is driven by the opening and
closing pneumatic device to rotate the screw pair and produce axial
movement. Then, through the guide drive screw sleeve, the plug
board is driven to move, and the plug board is pulled out or pushed
into the plug board.
5. The pneumatic isolation door is inserted into the housing by the
opening and closing cylinder to pull or push the opening or closing
of the plug plate.
6. The electric (pneumatic) isolation door opens or closes. By
means of the sliding roller installed on the two sides of the
board, the board is limited to operate in the rail.
7. Isolation door can be operated from a distance or controlled by
a program, with DCS remote control interface.The electric isolation
door is equipped with electromechanical electric device, which can
be operated locally and remotely, and equipped with handwheel
operating mechanism.Pneumatic isolation door matching cylinder and
control box, can be in place and far control operation.
