Flue gas desulfurization double louver damper baffle the
introduction of foreign advanced technology production, the
desulfurization absorption tower damper used in flue gas
desulfurization system on the import and export or bypass flue, or
used for flue gas denitration and flue gas dust removal system, the
damper usually adopts the louver double panel structure, shut off
when the double pass into the sealing between baffle, the effect of
isolation shut off the gas.
1. This damper is easy to corrode due to sulfur dioxide contained
in the air duct. It is designed and made with Q235 outsourcing 316L
material, which has features of temperature resistance, corrosion
resistance and long service life.
2. In order to make the damper door plate hard to be deformed at
high temperature, there are reinforcing bars between the
double-layer plates. The thickness of the single-layer plate is
5mm, and the total thickness of the damper is 600mm. The wind door
shaft head, axle bush, axle sleeve and shaft are made of several
kinds of high temperature, wear-resisting and corrosion-resistant
materials respectively.
3. The electric device is connected with the valve shaft, without
clearance, and the air leakage rate after closing is less than
0.1%.
4. The electric device is equipped with a limit multi-function
device, and the switch is in place accurately.
5. The distribution cabinet is equipped with DCS interface to
achieve automatic operation effect.
6. With adjustment, isolation and sharing, flexible adjustment and
good isolation performance.
7. Flexible switch, no jam phenomenon, no internal leakage,
external leakage phenomenon, good shaft sealing.
8. High degree of full automation, with remote, close and manual
operation functions.

Advantages
