Tube bending machine has both left and right bending functions, for
the individual tube bending machine will interfere with the
workpiece, this machine can be completed in one time; CNC8 axis is
servo independent controlled, all actions can be accurately
adjusted in the touch screen, the accuracy is very high. The model
has the function of setting mandrel pulling in advance and mandrel
automatic lubrication system.

Features
1. Industrial-use computer type:the WINDOWS operating system is
internally installed,and used together with the Mitsubishi servo
system,besides the Mitsubishi servo driving,the convenient file
management owned by the WINDOWS operating system is also
provided;and the files can be storted in the hard disk or soft
disk,so that the compiling groupnumber is unlimitedly expanded.
2. Automatic 3D simulation function for tube-forming is selected as
required.
3. An automatic error-fault detecting function is provided,and the
errors and faults are displayed on the screen,so that the operator
can much easily troubleshoot.
4. Automatic 3D simulation function for detecting interferring
position is selected as required.
5. All processing data are inputted by the touch screen
6. Based on the change of materials,each curve is set with a
compensation value,a speed and a demoulding gap.
7. The electric control system is equipped with a heat exchanger
for automatic heat dissipation;if necessary,a numerical control
type refrigerator can be additionally bought,so that the life span
of the electric control system is ensured.
8. An automatic oil charging system is installed to reduce friction
of the bending tube.It prolongs the lifetime of the core rod and
improves the quality of the bended tube.
9. The machine can be connected with a printer so as to print the
data displayed on the screen.
10. Communication interface can be installed as required,which can
be connected to our company.Our engineer will provided remote
service of real-time monitoring,data updating,failure checking and
so on.
