Product Descriptions of Stone Hammer Mill:
1. The hammer crusher crushes through the collisions between high
speed hammer and materials, and the hammer crusher have good

efficiency, etc.

Working Principles of PC1213 Stone Crushing Equipment:
1. The gap of the grate in heavy hammer crusher can be adjusted for
changing the discharging size to meet the different requirements of
users. The main working parts of the heavy hammer crusher is rotor
with hammers, the rotor consists of the main shaft, disk, pin roll,
and hammer.
2. The motor makes the rotor rotate quickly in the crushing cavity,
while the materials are put into the crusher and then crushed by
the hammer with high speed motion, strike, impact, shear, and
grind.
3. There is a sieve plate at the bottom of the rotor, the crushed
materials whose size is below the mesh size will be ejected through
the sieve plate, while whose size is larger than the mesh size
should be continuously impacted and ground by the rotor and finally
be ejected out of the heavy hammer crusher.
Working Flows of Rock Hammer Crusher:
1) Feeding: The material is loaded into the vibrating feeder by the
forklift, and the gravel is evenly conveyed into the crusher by the
vibrating feeder.
2) Crushing: the stone is crushed by a jaw crusher, and the impact
crusher is crushed and then transferred into the vibrating screen.
3) Screening: After the sieve is sieved out of the gravel of 40mm
or less, it is sent into the sand making machine, and more than
40mm is re-crushed.
4) Sand making: gravel below 40mm is broken into sand in sand
making machine.
