Descriptions of Impact Crusher:
Stone Impact Crusher is also called as hammer crusher, it is the
secondary crushing machine in the quarry production line. Current
stone impact crusher is developed from Hazemag Hammer crusher in
the very beginning. It is mainly used for metallurgical, chemical,
building materials, hydropower and other materials that need to be
relocated, especially for the operation of mobile materials such as
highways, railways, hydropower projects, etc. The types, sizes and
finished material requirements vary in a variety of configurations.
Working Principles of Impact Crusher:
When the impact crusher works, the motor drives the rotor rotate of
the impact crusher with high speed, on the rotor where installed
the hammers. When the materials get into the area which the hammers
affect, under the impact function of the hammer at a high speed,
the materials are thrown to the impact device above the rotor
continuously. Then the materials are rebounded from the impact
liner to the area where the hammers effects for being re-crushed.
The materials from large to small all to be crushed at the impact
chamber repeatedly. The process won't stop till the material are
crushed to the required size and then discharged from outlet of the
impact crusher.

How To Maintain A Impact Stone Rock Crushing Machine?
1. The impact crushing machine runs smoothly. When the vibration
amount of the machine suddenly increases, it should stop
immediately to find out the cause.
2. Under normal conditions, the temperature rise of the bearing
should not exceed 35 degrees, and the maximum temperature should
not exceed 70 degrees. If it exceeds 70 degrees, stop immediately
and find out the cause.
3. When the hammer plate wear reaches the limit mark, it should be
turned around or replaced in time.
4. After assembling or replacing the hammer plate, the rotor must
be balanced and the static balance must not exceed 0.25 kg.m.
5. When the frame liner is worn, it should be replaced in time to
avoid further worn of the casing.
6. Check the tightening status of all bolts before starting each
time.
