Introduction:
Vertical Impact Crusher Machine consists of an encased rotor
carrying swing hammers, whizzer classfier for fineness regulation
and blower fan mounted on a solid shaft. Raw material to be
pulverised enters the crushing chamber through the hopper and
automatic rotary feeder. The impact of the hammer on the feed
material against the liner plates reduces it into fine powder. The
ground material is carried towards the whizzer classifier for
classification and the over size particles are rejected by the
classifier and returns to the crushing chamber for further
grinding. The classified material is then conveyed into the cyclone
for collection and bagging. A dust collector is provided in the
system for ensuring dust free operation and no loss of ground
powder.

Vertical Impact Crusher Machine Working Theory:
Stone impact crusher is a crushing machine that uses impact energy
to break up materials. When the machine is working, the rotor
rotates at a high speed under the driving of the motor. When the
material enters the action area of the hammer, it collides with the
hammer on the rotor, and then is thrown to the counter-attack
device to break again, and then rebounds from the counter-attack.
Returning to the hammer action zone, the process is repeated, and
the process is repeated. The material is repeatedly broken into the
first, second and third counter-attack chambers until the material
is crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the
discharge port.
The stone material falls directly from the upper part of the
machine into the high-speed rotating turntable; under the action of
high-speed centrifugal force, the flying stone that is shunted
around the turntable in another part of the turntable produces
high-speed collision and high-density crushing. After the stone
hits each other, a vortex motion is formed between the turntable
and the casing to cause multiple blows and smashes.

A. Impact crusher's bearing temperature is too high:
(1) First check if the grease is reduced
(2) Standardly, the grease should be filled with 50% of the housing
volume
(3) It is necessary to clean the bearings and replace the grease in
time
(4) If the wear is serious, please replace the bearing
B: Very strong knocking sound is generated inside the crushing
chamber during operation:
(1) Stone crusher should be turned off immediately, clean the crush
chamber and check if there is any material that cannot be broken
into the crushing chamber
(2) The machine will generate huge vibration during operation,
check the fastening of the lining and the gap between the hammer
and the lining; whether the wear lining is detached or not
(3) Replace broken parts
C: Excessive particle size
(1) Should adjust the front and rear counter-rack clearance or
replace the worn liner and plate hammer
(2) In addition, adjust the position of the counterattack so that
the two sides and the frame lining can reach a relative gap to
ensure the discharge granularity.
