1. Read the instructions carefully before starting up. Confirm that the direction of rotation of the motor such as hoist, mixer, pulse dust collector and valve mouth scale is correct. Check whether the switch button of the pneumatic valve of the mixer is misaligned, whether there is any foreign matter in the warehouse, and the production can be started without confirmation.
Note: If the motor of the valve port filler is rotated in the wrong direction, it will not be packed properly.
2. Start the first step. First turn on the main control switch of the control cabinet to turn on the computer system, preheat it for ten minutes, turn on the air compressor to raise the air pressure to the rated air pressure, and then add the ingredients ratio (recipe) of various raw materials. , (semi-automatic model) The first batch of materials is completed, the operator needs to open the metering conveyor button to make the raw materials enter the mixer through the bucket elevator to mix, and the mixing time of 2-3 minutes can reach the uniform requirement to start mixing.
