Descriptions of Packing Machine:

Structures of Flour Filling Packing Machine:

The series of packaging machines are mainly composed of organic body, ashing mechanism, control mechanism, weighing mechanism and bagging mechanism, and have functions such as automatic bag drop and manual bag drop.

Body	It is mainly made of steel welded structure, high strength, large steel, small and light.
The Ashing Mechanism	the 3kw motor drives the spindle impeller to rotate, the rotating impeller discharges the dry powder mortar, and the ash pipe is loaded into the packaging bag.
Control mechanism	insert the material packaging bag and touch the micro switch to start filling. When the material is filled to the specified weight, the weighing mechanism computer sends a signal, the computer valve works, and the control mechanism moves the cylinder to close the discharge port. The filling stops and the pressure bag cylinder shrinks and the bag is released.
Weighing mechanism	It is mainly composed of computer scales, sensors and scales. When the material is filled to the set weight, the sensor transmits the signal to the computer. After processing by the computer, the control signal is output, the motor stops running, the discharge port is closed, the filling is stopped, and the bag is automatically released to ensure the bag is qualified.
Bagging mechanism	It has a unique and novel automatic pressure bagging device. When the dry mortar is loaded to the calibration weight, the cylinder closes the discharge port and the automatic bag feeding device works.
