Working Principles:
1. Through the stepless adjustment of the motor speed by the
frequency converter, the flow rate of the material in the feeding
tube is adjusted by the air flow size, and the whole process is
completed by the microcomputer.
2. The specific method is that in the initial stage of material
filling, the high-speed impeller or spiral blade feeds the material
into the filling port, and the formed thrust and the compressed air
provided in the filling pipe push the material into the packaging
bag quickly;
the material filling When the required weight is about 70%, the
motor starts to decelerate until the required packing weight is
gradually reduced, and the canned tube section is also gradually
reduced in cross section under the action of the cylinder until the
end of the precise weighing is completely closed.
3. The improved valve-type dry mortar packaging machine adopts a
larger diameter filling pipe to speed up the initial filling speed,
reduce the pipe blocking phenomenon, increase the adaptability
range of materials, and accelerate the packaging speed;
Cascade control, quickly reduce material flow rate, ensuring
packaging accuracy. A dust cover is installed at the packaging
opening to effectively reduce dust diffusion and improve the
working environment.
Valve Packing Machine Expandability:
1. For materials with poor fluidity, an electric mechanical

2. When used with a belt conveyor, an automatic unloading mechanism
can be selected. At the end of each automatic packaging, the

the belt conveyor. Effectively reduce the labor intensity of the
staff.
3. Although the machine has little dust, in order to further
improve the packaging environment, it can be used with a small dust
removal fan to completely avoid dust.
