C-shape purlin and Z-shape purlins are mainly used in steel buildings as the structural support. CZ purlin change over rollformer also known as CZ interchangeble machine is designed for producing C&Z shape purlins with variable dimensions. In one machine, different sizes and shapes (C-shape, U-shape, Z Shape) can be produced by adjust the spacers and rollers. According to clients' requirement, our machine is capable of producing 80-240mm, 100-250mm, 100-300mm, 100-400mm purlins and other customized sizes. The design of CZ Purlin Interchangeable Rollformer not only meets the production requirement, but also saves space for some purlin manufacturers with limited factory area.
