Tungsten steel round rods with holes are often used to make punch
needles, plastic mold air nozzles, line nozzles, water knives,
numerical control tools, mechanical parts and so on. Our tungsten
steel single straight hole round rod outer diameter 2-30MM*330MM,
minimum hole can achieve 0.2MM, blank outer diameter straightness,
inner hole concentricity is good, and ensure that all holes are
through holes. The conventional specifications are available from
stock, and all other non-standard sizes and inner holes can be
customized.
Normal Description:
Tungsten carbide rods are mostly applied for drill bits, end mills,
and reamers with sub-micron grain grade YG10X, for non-ferrous
precision cutting and wood cutting with grade YG6X, and for
fiberglass reinforced plastics, titanium alloys, hardened steel
with ultra-fine grain grade YG8X, etc.

with high quality requirement. YG10X:good commonality,high hardness and toughness.it is suitable for manufacturering various kinds of intintergral end mills,such as
intergral drill,milling cutter,hote boring cutter,reamer bit and so
on.it is mainly used for the finish machining of various kinds of
cast iron and nonferrous metal.
JL10:good commonality,with high hardness and TRS.it is used forthe
semi-finishing of various steel and nonferrous metal.
JL15:fine particle size product,with good wear resistance and shock
resistance.it is used for the semi-finishing and finishing machining of various metal and nonmetal.
JL20:fine particle size product,with excellent wearresistance and
shock resistance.it is also can be used for machining heat-resisted steel,stainless,nickel base,high
temprature alloy.
