We manufacture ground carbide rods in stock with HIP sintering and
100% virgin material. Our grade includes ISO K05 to K40, from
machining carbon steel to aluminium, non-ferrous metals and
titanium or we develop grade for your applications.
Normal Description:
Tungsten carbide rods are mostly applied for drill bits, end mills,
and reamers with sub-micron grain grade YG10X, for non-ferrous
precision cutting and wood cutting with grade YG6X, and for
fiberglass reinforced plastics, titanium alloys, hardened steel
with ultra-fine grain grade YG8X, etc.
YG6X:it is useful for the finish machining of chilledcast
iron,ducttle cast iron,heat-resisting alloy steel,Drawing Design Cemented Carbide Rods With Hole Working For Client’s
Need.
JL05:it is suitable for the finishing machining of chilled cast
iron,ducttle cast iron,heat-resisting alloy steel,nonferrous metal and nonmetal. It can also make for wear part
with high quality requirement. YG10X:good commonality,high hardness and toughness.it is suitable for manufacturering various kinds of intintergral end mills,such as
intergral drill,milling cutter,hote boring cutter,reamer bit and so
on.it is mainly used for the finish machining of various kinds of
cast iron and nonferrous metal.
JL10:good commonality,with high hardness and TRS.it is used forthe
semi-finishing of various steel and nonferrous metal.
JL15:fine particle size product,with good wear resistance and shock
resistance.it is used for the semi-finishing and finishing machining of various metal and nonmetal.
JL20:fine particle size product,with excellent wearresistance and
shock resistance.it is also can be used for machining heat-resisted steel,stainless,nickel base,high
temprature alloy.
