Install and use attentions:

When install the solenoid valve,medium flow diretion must be consistent with the direction arrow as shown in the valve body, the valve must be installed in horizontal pipe runs. Solenoid valve coil keep in a vertical position, the valve can not be put in these places what with the splashing water or water leakage. (The 2A models can be used in the under water enviroment.)

Before installing the solenoid valve, pipeline should be cleaned thoroughly, the medium what crossing into the pipeline must be clean, viscosity less than 4°E.

Front the valve should be installed the 80-100 mesh / filter prevent the valve core be jammed,when the pressure be larger where after the valve, should be install the one-way valve. Prevent the medium backflow or cause the solenoid valve closed lax.

In using should be regular cleaning dirt on the surface of the movable iron core and the piston, in dismouting should check the sealing gasket at the same time, when found damaged should be replaced timely.

This valve is unfavorable use in the explosive dangerous places. If need, please indicate in ordering.

Should be install the by-pass device, to ensure the normal production, for the solenoid valve needs change when failure happens or need cleaning.

According to the range of parameter values on the nameplace, place the down-lead of solenoid valve in the circuit, when installing system, no grounding solenoid valve should be grounded, in order to ensure the safety.
