These UW-50 / 2W500-50 electric solenoid valves feature a normally
closed valve configuration. These brass solenoid valves are rated
for indoor or outdoor work environments. Models are available for
dispensing, collating, gas shutoff, vacuum holding, and tank
draining. The port size is DN50 2'', and the orifice size is 50mm,
so these high-flow valves are ideal for liquid, corrosive, and
air/inert gas service in applications such as car washes, air
compressors, pumps, laundry equipment, and industrial water

coils that can control backflow in plumbing systems, mix and

1.The semi-direct diaphragm operated structure has no pressure to
start, and expands its application field.
2.The use of flat diaphragm structure is reliable and enhances the
service life of the product.
Installation and use of 2W / UW series solenoid valves:
1.The pipes should be rinsed before use, and filters should be
installed if the media are not clean, so as to prevent impurities
from hindering the normal operation of the solenoid valves.
2.Solenoid valves are usually unidirectional and can not be
reversed. The arrow on the valve is the movement direction of the
pipeline fluid and must be kept consistent.
3.Solenoid valve installed in general body level, the coil vertical
upward, some products can be installed at any time, but when
conditions permit, it is best to vertical, in order to increase the
service life.
4.Solenoid valves should be heat-treated or set up insulation
measures when working in icing places.
5.After the connection of the solenoid lead wire (connector) is
properly connected, it should be confirmed whether it is firm, and
the contact points of the electrical components should not be
jitters. Loosening will cause the solenoid valve not to work.
6.Continuous production of solenoid valve, it is best to use
bypass, easy to repair, do not affect production.
7.After a long time, the solenoid valve should be cleared after
setting up the condensate. The parts should be put in order and
restored to original condition.
