Now we have a new optimal solution to industry’s demands for modern
heavy duty packing, as the introduction of super raschig ring. Different from previous packing shapes, the super raschig ring avoids the droplet formation with large gas loads.
The super raschig ring has 30% more loading capacity, almost 70% lower pressure drop, and
10% higher mass transfer efficiency than conventional metal random
packing.

Advantages of super raschig ring metal random packing:
- The super raschig ring is not only offered in a generally
applicable standard type, but material and wall thickness can also
be customized.
- Its pressure drop of the dry packing is lower than that of 50mm
metal pall rings.
- It has substantially lower pressure drop than other
high-performance packing, too.
- The super raschig ring has a higher loading capacity than both
metal pall rings and other random packing
- Usually it is lighter than other packing types.
- It is suitable for liquids contaminated with solids.

The super raschig ring is used in the chemical industry and related sectors, as well as
in environmental protection installations, for example, in
absorption, desorption, extraction and rectification columns.
