Temperature difference and cooling speed can be easily adjusted.


    Product Features

    It is a new type of air purification device which is based on aerosol mechanics and condensed filtration mechanism to remove dust from compressed air. Because the drainage discharge is not enough or the system is not strictly isolated, the cold steam and cold water enter into high, the local temperature difference in the middle pressure cylinder is too large, and the temperature drop rate is too large.

    The absolute expansion, expansion difference, rotor eccentricity, axial displacement and so on should be monitored in the whole process of forced ventilation and cooling.

    After putting the steam turbine into quick cooling, it is just beginning to supply gas, adopting small temperature difference and small flow rate as far as possible, then gradually increasing the flow rate, strictly controlling the intake temperature and ventilation volume of the cylinder

    In principle every adjustment, stable for 30 minutes, no change or little change, adjust again.

    Air heater outlet temperature should be steadily reduced without sudden jump phenomenon, when high, medium pressure cylinder inlet air diversion pipe wall temperature of 100; When the first metal temperature of the high pressure cylinder falls below 200 ℃, the ventilation volume can be increased, the fully open electric regulating valve and the full open high, medium pressure cylinder inlet valve can be increased when the temperature is about 200 ℃.

    When the first stage metal wall temperature of the high pressure cylinder and the ring holding temperature of the first static blade of the middle pressure cylinder are below 150 ℃, there is no obvious increase, and the forced ventilation cooling is finished. Close the high, medium pressure cylinder intake valve, and then continue to turn the car for 30 minutes, depending on whether the temperature pick-up or not, if not, can stop the car, start maintenance work.

    After all the operation, close the compressed air manual valve and electric regulating valve, open the quick cooling device sewage valve, turn off the power supply, check the equipment for abnormal conditions,facilitate the next normal operation.
