1. Information
Heat Pump Drying Machine is the lastest equipment we designed, it

2. Areca Nut Drying Reference
1. The first stage: duo to the high moisture of areca nut from
fresh state, firstly gradually rising temperature, maintain 20~24
hours, make the water gradually evaporate, automatic drainage
during temperature adjustment, lasts for 1~2 days, make most of the
water out.
2. The second stage: turn over and screen. In order to ensure even
drying speed of areca nut, screen areca nut, separate large fruit
and small fruit, and put the large fruit to the bottom of the oven.
3. The third stage: gradually increase the temperature for about
20~24 hours when dehumidification, so that most of the water
emissions.
4. The fourth stage: drop the temperature to about 55℃, continue to
bake for two days until the weight of the fruit dropped to 25~30%
of fresh areca nut.
3. The Hot Air Areca Nut Dryer Features:

compressor is dedicated to dehumidification.
2. Built-in drying condenser and dehumidifying condenser. After
dehumidifying the high-humidity hot air in the drying room, the
