1. Joyang Hot Air Drying Machine Description
Joyang Hot Air Drying Machine is the lastest equipment we designed,
it is the product combines several years of experience and
practical cases.
With this machine we can enjoy a worriless drying process, for we
use food grade stainless steel as materials, polyurethane as
fireproof, electric as energy source, Inverse Carnot Principle as
working theory, PLC system as operation, and the effect come out is

2. Blackcurrant Drying Reference:
1. Dipping solution and emulsion: after mixing with 0.6 grams of
potassium hydroxide and 6 ml 95% ethanol, add 3.7 ml of ester oil,
shake well, and then add 1000 mL 3% potassium carbonate solution,
stir while pouring to obtain alcohol-soluble oil-alkali emulsion.
2. Heat pump hot air drying: Tray loading capacity 14 ~ 20 kg/m2, initial temperature at 45 ~ 50 ℃, final temperature at 70 ~ 75 ℃;
drying time 42 ~ 60 h. The dehydration rate will reach at 70% and
kept green. Raisins after moderate hot air drying have soft meat,
with no juice passing a tight hand pressure. The water content is
15% ~ 17%, the drying rate is 3:1 ~ 4:1.
3. Finished product treatment: shake and hang the thorn to make the
raisins fall off. Rub it a little and remove impurities such as
fruit handle, dried leaves and flat grains by Windmill, sieve or
natural wind. Then according to the color fullness and sweetness of
artificial grading, packaging, storage and sale.
