2W160-15 is used for Water Treatment System.This Valve body made of Forged Brass, Direct Drive, and normally
closed.Able to be operated directly without pressure.This is a
unidirectional valve, therefore the valve will only stop media
while closed traveling along the direction of the valve’s arrow;
the valve is not intended to be used with media travelling both
ways.

About Installation:
1.Before using the solenoid valve for water, pay attention to the
product label and read the instruction manual carefully to judge
whether the product meets the conditions of use.
2.There is an arrow indicating the direction of flow on the
stainless valve body.
3.An inline filter is recommended to keep debris from impeding on
the flow and seal.
4.The coil is 220 Volts AC with a tolerance of +/- 10% making it
perfect for 220 Volt AC power systems.
Solenoid valve failure and troubleshooting methods:
1.Valves Do Not Open
Power Failure→ reconnect and connect the connector
Uneven Pressure /Wrong Voltage→ adjust to normal position
Dirt Under The Diaphragm→clean the pipe or install a pre-filter
2.Valves Can Not Be Closed
The seal of the main valve core or iron core has been damaged →
replace the seal
Impurities into the solenoid valve core or moving iron core → clean

1. Internal leakage → check whether the sealing ring is damaged and
the spring assembly is incorrect;
2. External leakage → loose connection or damaged seal → tighten
the screw or replace the seal;
