Application:

It is used to detect the temperature rise of sliding contacts shall not exceed 65K after appliance’s normal rotation.

Test Principle:

One end of the sample is fixed, and rotation action of the other end is driven to by the motor. At the same time, rated voltage and 1.25 times of rated current is applied to the sample, and the weight of 1N is hung on the flexible cord of the sample, to make the energized sample rotating at a certain rate under load, then measure the temperature rise of the sliding contacts after preset test times is completed.

Structure:

Floor-standing structure is adopted. Controlled by PLC and touch screen operation. The test times, test rate can be preset, and voltage and current load is built-in. The turntable is rotated 20 times at a rate of 50R / minute and then reversed 20 times. The equipment will be automatically stopped after the preset test times is completed.
