The show solenoid valve is US-8 / UD-8 / 2W025-08 Solenoid Valve,
which is the same as UNI-D type. The port size is G1/4'' inch, the
orifice size is 2.5mm, seal material is FKM (for steam).
The product description
1. The US series is a direct action, conductive and normally closed
(NC) 2/2-way solenoid valve.
2. Direct operation without pressure.
3. Seal material FKM (Viton) is suitable for steam.
Notes:
1. Before laying the pipe, the pipe must be very clean, free from
any pollutants or other things that should not exist.
2. In order to extend the service life of the product, y-type
filter should be installed at the front end of the solenoid valve.
3. The temperature of steam shall not exceed 185℃.
4. AC voltage tolerance: ± 10%; DC voltage tolerance: ± 1%.
5. Horizontal installation; Vertical installation is not
recommended.

The installation and use of UNI-D Type US-8 / UD-8 / 2W025-08
Solenoid Valve:
1. Please refer to the instruction manual of the product before
installation to see if it meets your requirements.
2. The pipeline should be cleaned before use. If the medium is not
clean, a filter should be installed to prevent impurities from
obstructing the normal operation of the solenoid valve.
3. The solenoid valve is generally one-way work, can not be
reversed, the arrow on the valve is the direction of movement of
the pipeline fluid, must be consistent.
4. The solenoid valve is installed in the general valve body level,
the coil is vertically upward, some products can be installed
arbitrarily, but it is best to be vertical when conditions permit,
to increase the service life.
5. When the solenoid valve is working again in the icing site, it
should be heat treated or set with insulation measures.
6. After the electromagnetic coil lead wire (connector) is
connected, it should be confirmed whether it is firm or not. The
contact of the electrical component should not be shaken. Looseness
will cause the solenoid valve to not work.
7. The solenoid valve for continuous production is preferably
bypassed for easy maintenance and does not affect production.
8. The solenoid valve after long-term deactivation should be used
after clearing the condensate; when removing and washing, the parts
should be placed in order and then restored.
