The BH Series Dry Mortar Production Line is based on the latest
design concept in Europe. And it is manufactured using an advanced
computer-based automatic control system. With a production capacity
of up to 30-100 thousand tonnes per year, depending on system
configuration. The production line consists of a storage system, a
metering and dosing system, a transportation system, a mixing
system, an air compressor system, a packaging system, a suction
system and the like.
BH workshop dry mortar plant capacity at 1-30t/h. If your capacity
is above 35t/h,you can choose our station type dry mortar plant, and if necessary, there can be equipped with grinding machine and
drying machine. According to your requirements, we have the
following options for your reference:

Main components of the dry mix mortar line:
1)Feeding hopper: Material feed into the mixer from here.
2)Screw conveyor: Used for conveying the materials to the mixer,
the conveyor can not heavy load starting.
3)Twin Shaft Agravic Mixer: Used for mixing materials uniformly,
and the special paddle blades group can break up the fibre.
4) Finished product silo: Used for storing the finished goods
material, waiting for packing.
5) Automatic weighing packaging machine: Used for packing finished
product material in the finished products silo, it can
automatically weighing and packaging, and accuracy can be + / -
0.5kg.
6)Control cabinet: The power switch control for this equipment of
production line.
