General Description
The production line can automatically complete cleaning the tub,
sterilizing, filling, capping, shrink, bagging and transporting,
having functional and compact structure, and simple, it is a
mechanical, electrical, gas in one equipment.
The machine material is stainless steel,resisting corrosion and
easy to clean,the main electrial components and gas circuit
elements are all of international brand.
According to the customer's requirement,the machine could be
equipped with automatic cap separator,atoumatic leakage

Description Of Equipment
1,Cap Decapper
Automatic decapper is a special equipment for retrieving barrel. It
does not damage caps. This machine adopts computer control and its
capacity can be adjusted. Cap pulling organism from AIRTAC adopt
pneumatic adjustment, which solves the problems of tolerance of
barrel height and tolerance of barrel's mouth,and increases cap
pulling success greatly.

2,Outer Brusher
Outer Brusher is a corollary equipment for barrel water line which
produces mineral water and pure water. Bottom and outside surface
will be cleaned completely. The machine is made of stainless
steel,it is anti-corrosion and easy cleanable. Adopt bottle-jamming
inspection device to decrease damage rate.It is well designed with
reasonable structure and high efficiency, operating stably with
highly automation.

3,Bottle Washing Machine
15 steps for washing: 1-2 steps of hot alkaline water; 3-4 step of
recycled water rinsing; 5-7 steps of
acid water; 8 step of dripping; 9-10 steps of recycled water
rinsing; 11 step dripping; 12-14 steps of pure
water rinsing; 15 step of dripping.
Disinfectant recycled on side, convenient for sampling and
inspection. Each tank has low level alarming device. Chain moving
for cleaning. Double-layer board avoids water mixing. High speed
filling valves. Adopt chain type pressing caps.

Electrical heating produces hot steam,barrels with full water after
light inspecting are sleeved with plastic labels, then they enter
