PE Pipe cutting mahine equipment adjustment:
A1. The anti-roll screw must be removed before use.
A2. Adjust the low-foot screw so that the cutting center height is
the same as the extruder.
A3. The source pressure must be maintained between 0.4 and 0.6 MPa.
A4. Adjust the cylinder throttle valve (the throttle valve has been
adjusted before leaving the factory, generally no adjustment is
required).
PE Pipe cutting mahine maintenance:
A1. Always check the air circuit for air leakage. If it is
necessary, it should be eliminated in time.
A2. Rack rail, the sliding part of the cylinder fork should be kept
clean and lubricated in time (20# mechanical oil).
A3. Check if there is looseness at each joint and adjust it in
time.
A4. Turn off the power and air supply during inspection to avoid
injury.
