Brief Introduction:
iqualitrol MYJ-1A type grinding machine is mainly used for the
surface preparation of spectroscopic samples and the polishing of
metals, ceramics, glass and other devices.
The whole machine is compact in structure, single-disc and
double-speed, and can be used for grinding with grinding wheels of
different grain sizes and hardness. Polishing is a main process in
the process of preparing metallographic samples.

Remark:
1. The grinding and polishing disc of the machine is connected with
the drive shaft. For the first time installation, it is better to
use a rubber hammer to tap the double disc down to the axial
direction to close fit. Otherwise, it will affect the performance
of the machine.2. The unit must be well grounded and the grounding
device is reliable.
3. The inlet and outlet pipes are required to be unobstructed, and
the joints must not leak.
4. After each operation, the equipment should be cleaned and
maintained.
5. When the machine is found to have an abnormal sound, stop it
immediately for inspection.
