Product introduction:
SGK full-automatic pipe expanding belling machine, equipped with
the supporting material receiving traction device and the
corresponding programming interface, can be used in line with the
extrusion main machine;During tube expansion, the movement of the
tube adopts the translation mode, the movement is stable and
accurate, and it is not easy to damage the tube.This type of
machine adopts infrared heating mode and is of double heating
furnace type, each heating furnace is equipped with central heating
furnace core;All the forming methods adopt expanding pipe head
shaping method, and the forming size of pipe mouth is accurate.The
machine is equipped with the switch of expanding solvent type
receiving port (straight port) and expanding elastic sealing ring
type receiving port (R port) on the control panel.The main
electrical control components are imported components, the system
performance is stable and reliable.
Function description:
A1:Pneumatic push heating furnace, heating furnace can fine tune
the height and amount, electric heat pipe semi-open indirect
heating, rotation speed by the manufacturer design (timing positive
and negative rotation).
A2:The length of the flaring part is located by photoelectric
switch, so that the length of the flaring is basically the same,
the flaring die base can be fine-adjusted into the limit, the
flaring advance and backward mechanical oil pressure, hydraulic
source equipment.
A3:The center of the machine is adjusted to lift with inching
electric chain drive.
A4:The control system adopts man-machine interface, Chinese and
English menu touch screen, Siemens.And PLC automatic programming
system to achieve automatic control.
A5:The machine is equipped with automatic demoulding equipment.
A6:The trusteeship frame is 4.8 meters, and the length of the pipe
is 6 meters
A7:Oil, cylinder with pressure regulation and speed regulating
valve.
