Application
The tungsten carbide nozzles will be used to PDC drill bits and
cone roller bits for flushing, cooling and lubricating drill bit
tips and cleaning stone chips in the well bottom with drilling
liquid in the working conditions of high pressure, vibration, sand
and slurry impacting during oil and natural gas prospecting.
There are two main types of nozzles:
I. Burner Nozzles (Military, Civil)
2. Non-burner nozzles
According to the nozzle function nozzle can be broadly divided into spray nozzle, fuel injection
burner, sand blasting nozzle, and special nozzles.
According to material classification, it can be divided into metal nozzle, plastic nozzle, ceramic
nozzle and alloy nozzle.
According to industry classification, it can be divided into petrochemical nozzles, agricultural
nozzles, textile nozzles, paper nozzles, environmental protection
nozzles, spraying nozzles, chemical nozzles, steel nozzles,
electronic circuit nozzles.
According to shape classification, it can be divided into hollow cone nozzle, solid cone nozzle, fan
nozzle, two-fluid nozzle, multi-fluid nozzle and so on.
Styling design
There are two aspects to consider when choosing nozzle: nozzle and
caliber (flow rate). Generally speaking, when spraying
low-viscosity materials such as colorants, varnishes, etc., choose
small-caliber nozzles; when spraying high-viscosity materials such
as oily paint, choose larger-caliber nozzles.
