5. With dual-vacuum online pinhole mounting hole endothermic and special design for board cutting control system, it integrated producing and edge trimming in one, convenient for operating, controlling and reducing the space.

6. Adopted solid-state electrical components to reduce electrical dielectric.

7. Screw design applied hot-pressing, double pulls, and supercharge to the screw tubes, then increasing materials mixing time inside barrel and reducing the friction factor and shear force between materials and barrel.

8. By increasing inner pressure, it can strengthened materials density performance and tensile strength. The main improvement of screw barrel is changing the original loop cooling and groove, wears hot jacket to the barrel surface, this technology has increased 3/4 of the work load for the machining of screw barrel.

9. Transmission control system applied roll cylinder, double led three-roll calender and telescopic guide roller automatic conveying, then reducing the friction on the roller surface, make sure the inner and exterior cell of the board homogeneous.
