Descriptions :

EPE is expanded polystyrene plastics and it is also called pearl wool. EPE is a nun cross linking obturator structure. It is a low density polyethylene (LDPE) as the main raw material extrusion generated high polyethylene foam products. This machine mainly work for waste scrap of EPE foam sheet/film/board can recycled and use again. The scrap can directly crush and recycled, no need to use any other accessory machine.

• Working process : waste scrap of EPE foam sheet/film/board → heating and plasticizing in extruder → extruder from die → haul-off → cooling in the water tank → crush granular → put into the material tub
