FBE Coated Pipe
FBE coated ductile iron pipe is pipe with an interior of epoxy
ceramic made of epoxy resin, quartz powder and others with a dry
film thickness of more than 1,000μm,and the excellent corrosion
resistance electrical insulating property makes it be a
preferential position in transporting municipal sewage, reclaimed
water, etc. We complement our standard product range of pipeline products by
maintaining a formal relationship with the highly skilled and
experienced development and design team . Together we work on
improvements to current products, and the development of
innovations using the very latest CAD and finite element analysis
systems.

By agreement between the manufacturer and the purchaser, the 0,2 %
proof stress, Rp02, may be measured. It shall be
not less than: 270 MPa when A W 12 % for DN 40 to DN 1000 or when A
W 10 % for DN 1000; 300 MPa in other cases.
For centrifugally cast pipes of DN 40 to DN 1000 having a design
minimum wall thickness of 10 mm or greater, the
minimum elongation after fracture shall be 7 %.
Technique notes:
1) The standard of pipe: ISO 2531, EN545 , EN598.
2) Pipe class: K9, C40, C30, C25, etc.
3) Pipe joint: push-on joint(Tyton joint), K type joint,
self-restrained joint
4) Effective length: in general, the pipe length is 6m for bulk
shipment and 5.7m for container shipment.
5) internal& external fusion bounded epoxy coating.

Usage:
Used for water and sewer lines. Ductile cast iron pipe is stronger and easier to tap, requires less support and provides
greater flow area compared with pipes made from other materials
like PVC, concrete, polyethylene or steel. Ductile Iron Pipe is the
most widely-used pipeline product in water supply and water
drain/sewage projects.
