Descriptions and usage:
This machine is suitable for batch production of solid materials in
pharmaceutical, chemical, food, scientific research institutes,

make the stirred materials into the required size particles or
break the caked materials into small particles. The whole machine

Principle of operation and matters needing attention
The oscillating granulator is mainly composed of feeding hopper
roller, screen and mechanical transmission system. When it works,
the mechanical transmission system drives the drum to rotate. There

hopper and the scraper produces extrusion and shearing effect on

When the oscillating granulator is running, the tightness of
feeding arrangement and screen position directly affects the
quality of the granules. When the feeding hopper has a large amount

The particle size distribution obtained by the oscillating
granulator is generally uniform, which is conducive to the uniform
drying of wet particles. Its main features are that the rotating

screen can be adjusted appropriately.
The mechanical transmission system is all sealed in the body, with
an adjusting system, which improves the service life of the
parts.However because the granulation process is directly pressed
by the drum into the screen the material on the screen extrusion
force of friction are larger. Formulas of metal contamination are
easy to be produced when using metal screen, while nylon screen
needs to be replaced frequently because of its easy breakage.
