Fully Automatic 3-in-1 Hot Juice Green Tea Filling Machine Packaging System

Introduction

The machine is for filling green tea,black tea and fruit juice drink and integrates washing,filling and capping together ,and adopts block bottle-neck hanging work state design and filling valve rise-drop design.
It can meet the requirements of hot filling of below 95 degrees Celsius. It adopts man-machine interface touch screen,PLC,transducer ,etc.

Features

1. Bottles are delivered by suspension type clip bottle mouth conveying structure (except bottle out star wheel), bottle in adopts air conveying device, in the bottle washing station with flexible bottleneck clamp clamping, so that machine is more stable during operation , reliable, high-speed operation to adapt to the requirements of the machine. Simply adjust the conveyor of different bottle height and a small amount of change attachment, so for bottle faster, and effort.
2. Filling machine uses normal pressure filling technology is filling fast, reliable, non-drip, level accuracy. The machine has no bottle no filling characteristics.
3. Juice Filling Machine:Cap arranging device ensure the cover arrange speed, no damage to the cover surface. Comprehensive testing device can guarantee no bottle no cover, lack of cover down, full cover without cover conveying of functions.
4. The Juice Filling Machine main electrical, pneumatic components are imported components.
5. The frequency changing technology is used to adjust the operation speed. The production capacity can be displayed digitally and can be adjusted conveniently.

Description

Bottle rinsing part

1. It adopts neck-hanging technology for bottle transportation. Instead of traditional starwheel, neck-hanging gripper is applied to make fast bottle changing, which requires only few parts to be adjusted.

2. The equipment applies unique overturning bottle clamp, which is hygienic and durable. This bottle clamp grips bottle at neck position, avoiding bottle mouth thread contamination caused by rubber gripper block of a traditional bottle clamp.

3. The high efficiency atomizing spay nozzle installed on bottle clamp is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and also saves rinsing water.

4. All sliding bushes of lifting device use Igus (Germany) anti-corrosion maintenance free bearing.

Bottle filling part

1. Clip the bottle neck with steel star wheel. There is no need to adjust the equipment height when changing the bottle shape whose diameters have no much change.

2. Rotating disks all make from stainless steel SUS304. Large planar toothed bearings can ensure the stable operation of machine.

3. High-precision electronic liquid level filling valve makes fast and slow fillings possible.

4. Automatic washing cup can circularly and thoroughly clean the filling valve through CIP cleaning program.

5. Integrate filling valve with bottle lifting mechanism. The simplified structure makes cleaning easier and could improve the stability of the machine. Bottleneck is clipped by clippers.

6. Perfect filling temperature control system.

7. Return tank system has the function of supplying the material automatically.

Capping part

1. Adopt magnetic constant torque capping head, which is stable. And the capping defective rate is smaller than 0.2%.

2. There is a line of optoelectronic switches in the cap falling guide rail. If there is no cap in the rail, the machine would automatically stop, sparing the situation of no cap.

3. Bottle-in detection switch is equipped in the capper. The cap locking cylinder connected to cap falling guide rail and cap moving disk continuously control the discharge of caps, so as to ensure no cap-in when there is no bottle, reducing the abrasion of caps.
