The Electromagnetic Valve Fault and Eliminate:
electromagnetic valve does not work after the power supply:
1, check the power supply wiring whether bad -)
connectors and wiring connection again;
2, check whether the power supply voltage in the plus or minus
working range --) to switch to normal position;
3, whether the ring
sealing off -) to welding;
4, coil short circuit, replace the coil;
5, differential pressure is not appropriate to work -) -) or
replacement of proportion adjustment pressure
difference electromagnetic valve;
6, fluid temperature is too high -) change of proportion of
electromagnetic valve;
7, have impurities to make electromagnetic valve of the
main valve core and the moving core card die -) cleaning, such as
seal damage the seal and install the filter should be changed;
8, the liquid viscosity is too large, high
frequency and life expectancy has to -) replacement products.
(2) the solenoid valves can't shut down:
1, the main valve core or moving iron core of seal is damaged,
replace the seal;
2, fluid temperature, viscosity is too high -) change
of the electromagnetic valve;
3, have impurities into the solenoid valve core or moving iron core
-) for cleaning;
Four, spring life have to or replace the spring deformation
5, orifice balance hole jam --) timely cleaning;
6, working frequency is too high, or life has to -) election
products or replacement products.
(3) other situations:
1.internal leakage, check whether the seal is damaged, the spring
is bad assembly.
2, outside leakage -) joint looseness or seal has bad -) screw or
replace the seal;
3.electricity from time to tome noise -) leader on fasteners loose,
tighten. Voltage fluctuation is not allowed within the scope of
adjust voltage. Core surface impurities or
uneven absorption, clean or replace in a timely manner
